Floor names

Short and long floor names on Create's elevator contact, where they appear, and Create's floor display that now updates on every arrival.

Floors are named as in Create: right-click a floor's Elevator Contact and enter

a short name, for example EG, 1, -1 (Create allows up to 4 characters),
a long name, for example Lobby or Car park.

Create Managed Elevators uses both:

Where	Name
Floor buttons on the terminal	short name
7 Segment indicator	short name, up to 3 characters, right aligned
Dot Matrix indicator	short name
Terminal window and its status line	short and long name
Display Link source Elevator: Floor Name	short and long name, e.g. `3 Office`

Keep short names short and clear. On a 7 Segment indicator only the last three characters fit, and letters are limited to what seven segments can show.

Create's floor display

Create has its own Display Link source on the elevator contact, Elevator Location, that shows the current floor. In Create alone it is only set when the elevator is assembled. With Create Managed Elevators it is updated on every arrival, so displays and Nixie tubes connected to it stay correct.
